Program Registration & Fees

Program Fees

The Mes Amis fees for the 2017-2018 year are as follows, you will receive a tax receipt for your fees:

  • $5 Cooperative Membership Fee (lifetime family fee)
  • $40 Registration Fee (non-refundable)
  • $40 Material Fee per semester
  • $125 Monthly Fee for 2 days a week students
  • $165 Monthly Fee for 3 days a week students

Fees for 2 day a week session (Sparrows):

Monthly Payments by cheque made payable to "Mes Amis Preschool", the following are required for your child attending the Tuesday / Thursday AM or PM class:

  1.  $85.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40 per semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $250.00 - Deposit for September and June dated July 1, 2017
  3.  $125.00 - Post-dated October 1, 2017
  4.  $125.00 - Post-dated November 1, 2017
  5.  $125.00 - Post-dated December 1, 2017
  6.  $165.00 - Post-dated January 1, 2018 (includes $40 Materials fee)
  7.  $125.00 - Post-dated February 1, 2018
  8.  $125.00  - Post-dated March 1, 2018
  9.  $125.00 - Post-dated April 1, 2018
  10.  $125.00  - Post-dated May 1, 2018

Per Semester payment by Cheque or E-Transfer, the following are required for your child attending 2 days a week:

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1.  $85.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40 per semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $625.00 (Monthly fees for September, October, November, December 2017 as well as last month payment for June 2018)
  3.  Total: $710.00

One payment due December 2017 that includes:

  1.  $665 - (Monthly fees for January, February, March, April and May 2017.  Also includes $40 Materials fee)

Single Lump Sum Payment by Cheque or E-Transfer, the following is required for your child attending 2 days a week:

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1.  $125.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40 per semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $1250.00 (Monthly fees for September, October, November, December 2016, January, February, March, April, May, June 2017)
  3.  Total: $1375.00

Fees for 3 day a week session (Owls):

Monthly Payments by cheque made payable to "Mes Amis Preschool", the following are required for your child attending the Monday / Wednesday / Friday AM or PM class:

  1.  $85.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40 per semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $330.00 - Deposit for September and June dated July 1, 2017
  3.  $165.00 - Post-dated October 1, 2017
  4.  $165.00 - Post-dated November 1, 2017
  5.  $165.00 - Post-dated December 1, 2017
  6.  $205.00 - Post-dated January 1, 2018 (includes $40 Materials fee)
  7.  $165.00 - Post-dated February 1, 2018
  8.  $165.00 - Post-dated March 1, 2018
  9.  $165.00 - Post-dated April 1, 2018
  10.  $165.00 - Post-dated May 1, 2018

Per Semester payment by Cheque or E-Transfer, the following are required for your child attending the 3 days a week class:

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1. $85.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40 per semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $825.00 (Monthly fees for September, October, November, December 2017 as well as last month payment for June 2018)
  3.  Total Due: $910.00

One payment due December 2017 that includes:

1.    $865.00 - (Monthly fees for January, February, March, April and May 2017.  Also includes $40 Materials fee)

Single Lump Sum Payment by Cheque or E-Transfer, the following are required for your child attending the 3 days a week class:

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1.  $125.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40 per semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $1650.00 (Monthly fees for September, October, November, December 2017, January, February, March, April, May, June 2018)
  3.  Total: $1775.00

Program Registration 

To register and reserve your child’s spot at Mes Amis, the Registrar must receive your completed registration form and payment. 

All fees are monthly, and we regret that no refund can be provided if a child is absent due to illness, vacation, or any other reason.
School fees are not the responsibility of the teacher, and any concerns regarding the payment of fees should be addressed directly to the Treasurer.

There will be a $30 charge levied on all NSF cheques.

Children may enroll in the school at any time, if space is available. A waiting list will be made when necessary, and parents will be contacted immediately if a space becomes available. 

Existing co-op members will receive priority registration. This priority registration period will begin January 17, 2017 at 9:00 am. General registration will open January 24, 2017 at 9:00 am.

All registration is on a first come first serve basis.

The Board reserves the right to refuse registration to an applicant or to withdraw a student from the preschool.
The Board reserves the right to cancel a class time due to lack of registrations.
