Program Registration & Fees

Program Fees

The Mes Amis fees for the 2018-2019 year are as follows, you will receive a tax receipt for your fees:

  • $5 Cooperative Membership Fee (lifetime family fee)
  • $40 Registration Fee (non-refundable)
  • $80 Material Fees ($40 per semester)
  • $130 Monthly Fee for 2 days a week students
  • $170 Monthly Fee for 3 days a week students

Fees for 2 day a week session (Sparrows):

Monthly Payments by cheque made payable to "Mes Amis Preschool", the following are required for your child attending the Tuesday / Thursday AM or PM class:

  1.  $45.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable) Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $300.00 - Deposit for September and June, Materials ($40 each semester), dated July 1, 2018
  3.  $130.00 - Post-dated October 1, 2018
  4.  $130.00 - Post-dated November 1, 2018
  5.  $130.00 - Post-dated December 1, 2018
  6.  $170.00 - Post-dated January 1, 2019 (includes $40 Materials fee)
  7.  $130.00 - Post-dated February 1, 2019
  8.  $130.00  - Post-dated March 1, 2019
  9.  $130.00 - Post-dated April 1, 2019
  10.  $130.00  - Post-dated May 1, 2019

Per Semester payment by Cheque or E-Transfer, the following are required for your child attending 2 days a week:

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1. $45.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2. $820.00 (Monthly fees (6mo x $130) for September, October, November, December 2018, January 2019 as well as last month payment for June 2019. Also includes $40 Materials fee.)
  3. Total: $865.00

One payment due January 2019 that includes:

  1. $560 - (Monthly fees for February, March, April and May 2019.  Also includes $40 Materials fee)

Single Lump Sum Payment by Cheque or E-Transfer, the following is required for your child attending 2 days a week:

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1. $125.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40x2 for each semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2. $1,300.00 (Monthly fees for September, October, November, December 2018, January, February, March, April, May, June 2019)
  3. Total: $1,425.00

Fees for 3 day a week session (Owls):

Monthly Payments by cheque made payable to "Mes Amis Preschool", the following are required for your child attending the Monday / Wednesday / Friday AM or PM class:

  1.  $45.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $380.00 - Deposit for September and June, Materials ($40 per semester) dated July 1, 2018
  3.  $170.00 - Post-dated October 1, 2018
  4.  $170.00 - Post-dated November 1, 2018
  5.  $170.00 - Post-dated December 1, 2018
  6.  $210.00 - Post-dated January 1, 2019 (includes $40 Materials fee)
  7.  $170.00 - Post-dated February 1, 2019
  8.  $170.00 - Post-dated March 1, 2019
  9.  $170.00 - Post-dated April 1, 2019
  10.  $170.00 - Post-dated May 1, 2019

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1. $45.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2. $1,060.00 (Monthly fees (6mo x $170) for September, October, November, December 2018, January 2019, as well as last month payment for June 2019.  Also includes $40 Materials fee)
  3. Total Due: $1,105.00

One payment due January 2019 that includes:

1.    $720.00 - (Monthly fees (4mo x $170) for February, March, April and May 2019.  Also includes $40 Materials fee)

Single Lump Sum Payment by Cheque or E-Transfer, the following are required for your child attending the 3 days a week class:

One payment due at registration that includes:

  1.  $125.00 – Registration ($40 non-refundable), Materials ($40x2 for each semester), Co-op fee ($5 one-time fee)
  2.  $1,700.00 (Monthly fees for September, October, November, December 2018, January, February, March, April, May, June 2019)
  3.  Total: $1,825.00

Program Registration 

To register and reserve your child’s spot at Mes Amis, the Registrar must receive your completed registration form and payment. 

All fees are monthly, and we regret that no refund can be provided if a child is absent due to illness, vacation, or any other reason.
School fees are not the responsibility of the teacher, and any concerns regarding the payment of fees should be addressed directly to the Treasurer.

There will be a $30 charge levied on all NSF cheques.

Children may enroll in the school at any time, if space is available. A waiting list will be made when necessary, and parents will be contacted immediately if a space becomes available. 

Existing co-op members will receive priority registration. This priority registration period will begin February 26, 2018 at 9:00 am. General registration will open March 5, 2018 at 9:00 am.

All registration is on a first come first serve basis.

The Board reserves the right to refuse registration to an applicant or to withdraw a student from the preschool.
The Board reserves the right to cancel a class time due to lack of registrations.
